📜 Legal Notice

Maximum Sentencing: The absolute maximum jail time for any single arrest is 2 hours (120 minutes), regardless of how many charges are stacked.
Enforcement: All laws are enforced by the Dawson County Sheriff's Department and deputized lawmen. Penalties may be adjusted at the discretion of the presiding judge or senior law enforcement officer based on circumstances and criminal history.
Reductions: Non-contraband charges may see 25-50% reduction for exceptional roleplay. Contraband reductions require supervisor discretion.
Amendments: This legal code is subject to amendment by the County Judge and Sheriff with public notice. Citizens will be notified of any changes to the law through posted notices and public announcements.
