Giving false statements or incorrect details to law enforcement officers or court officials during an investigation or legal proceeding.

Refusing to provide valid identification documents when lawfully requested by a peace officer or member of the court.

Wearing any mask, bandana, face paint, or other obstruction that conceals identity while within established town limits. May result in temporary removal from town.

Deliberately appearing unclothed or engaging in inappropriate public acts such as urination, defecation, or lewd behavior in public view.

Operating a horse or wagon at dangerous speeds or in a careless manner that creates risk of harm to others within town boundaries.

Intentionally damaging, defacing, or destroying property that belongs to another person or entity.

Engaging in disruptive, disorderly, or tumultuous conduct that disturbs public tranquility and civility in town or other public settings.

Willfully fleeing or attempting to escape when lawfully detained or stopped by a peace officer.

Harvesting or destroying crops on land that does not belong to the offender.

Unlawful entry to government facilities or restricted areas without authorization.

Unlawfully entering or remaining on privately owned land or property without authorization from the owner or legal occupant.

Drawing or displaying a weapon with threatening or menacing intent toward another person, such as walking around town with weapon in hand.

Acting with carelessness or negligence in ways that endanger others, such as failing to secure a horse or pushing people in crowded areas.

Hindering or interfering with a misdemeanor investigation by law enforcement.

Public intoxication causing a disturbance to the peace.

Firing a weapon within town limits without lawful justification.

Stealing low-value items from persons or establishments.

Operating or participating in unlicensed gambling activities.

Physical resistance to lawful arrest without the use of violence.

Missing a scheduled court appearance without lawful excuse.

Disrespecting court proceedings or disobeying court orders.

Remaining in an area without lawful purpose under suspicious circumstances.

Allowing loose livestock or abandoning animals within town limits.

Threats, intimidation, or unwanted contact directed at another person.

Taking or killing another person's animals including horses, cattle, pigs, chickens, sheep, or other livestock without permission.

Stealing a wagon or carriage belonging to another person, including those owned by locals.

Acting as law enforcement or attempting to enforce laws without proper legal authority or deputization.

Using deceit, trickery, or fraudulent methods to deprive another person of property or rights. Includes fraud and swindling.

Forcing someone to perform actions or provide favors through use of threats, physical force, bribery, or intimidation.

Knowingly assisting in the commission of a felony crime.

Interfering with or obstructing a felony investigation by law enforcement.

Assaulting, torturing, or intentionally harming domesticated or farm animals including horses, dogs, cats, and livestock.

Causing significant intentional damage to another person's property through criminal mischief or malicious acts.

Falsifying documents, currency, or identification papers.

Offering or accepting favors or payments to influence official actions.

Robbing graves or tombs. Stacks with a maximum of 30-40 minutes.

Knowingly possessing goods that have been stolen.

Obtaining money or property through threats or coercion.

Threatening to reveal damaging information to extort money or favors.

Possessing lockpicks, crowbars, or similar tools with criminal intent.

Illegal hunting on protected lands or taking protected wildlife.

Possessing stolen government items or property.

Hiring or convincing another person to commit a crime.

Robbing a general store or business establishment. Stacks with a maximum of 60 minutes.

Robbing or attempting to rob a train or its conductor while the train is in operation. Does not apply to mission trains.

Robbing a bank vault or financial institution. Stacks with a maximum of 90 minutes.

Robbing a government fort or military facility. Stacks with a maximum of 120 minutes.

Looting or robbing a government transport wagon.

Per cash bag seized from suspect. Stacks per item.

Per stolen treasury bond found in possession. Stacks per item.

Per stolen diamond, ruby, or precious gem found in possession. Stacks per item.

Planning a robbery that has not yet been committed.

Unlawful entry into a secured building or establishment.

Robbing individuals, taking crops, or stealing livestock through use of force or threat.

Victim injured during the course of a robbery.

Hostage taken during the course of a robbery.

Using weapons to threaten during the commission of a robbery.

Using violence or causing injury during the commission of a robbery.

Helping robbers escape or hide after a robbery has been committed.

Trading or selling stolen loot obtained from robbery.

Attempting to cause injury to any lawman, judge, mayor, doctor, or other government official through physical means.

Attempting to cause injury to a civilian or local resident through physical violence when not acting in self-defense.

Pretending to be a government employee, introducing oneself as such, or attempting to perform government duties without authorization.

Using lethal force or weapons with intent to kill any government employee. All weapons confiscated.

Using lethal force or weapons with intent to end the life of a civilian.

Dismembering, mistreating, abusing, or otherwise disrespecting human corpses, including parading bodies or other acts of disrespect.

Deliberately causing severe pain and suffering to another person for enjoyment or to achieve an objective through torture.

Provoking or encouraging others to commit violent crimes.

Breaking out of jail or otherwise removing oneself from lawful custody or detention by law enforcement.

Practicing medicine or law without a proper license.

Taking, holding, or attempting to hold a person against their will through use of force, threats of violence, or coercion (kidnapping).

Deliberately setting fire to property belonging to another person (arson).

Threatening witnesses, victims, or jurors involved in legal proceedings.

Hiding or sheltering wanted criminals from law enforcement.

Using dynamite or other explosives against people or property.

Drawing a weapon to threaten or intimidate another person.

Firing a weapon in a populated area in a reckless manner.

Attacking a person who is in lawful custody.

Possessing 1-3 items of a single type of contraband. Fines range from $20-$200 and jail from 5-30 min depending on substance. Examples: Exotic Weed Brick ($200 / 30 min), Heroin ($150 / 25 min), Opium ($100 / 20 min), Regular Weed ($20 / 5 min), Moonshine ($20 / 5 min).

Possessing 3-6 items of a single type of contraband. Fines range from $100-$600 and jail from 25-60 min depending on substance. Examples: Exotic Weed Brick ($600 / 60 min), Heroin ($500 / 60 min), Opium ($400 / 50 min), Regular Weed ($100 / 25 min), Moonshine ($100 / 25 min).

Possessing 6 or more items of a single type of contraband. Fines range from $300-$1,500 and jail from 60-120 min depending on substance. Examples: Exotic Weed Brick ($1,500 / 120 min), Heroin ($1,200 / 120 min), Opium ($1,000 / 100 min), Regular Weed ($300 / 60 min), Moonshine ($300 / 60 min).

Murder of any government employee including law enforcement, Department of Justice, medical personnel, judges, or the mayor. All weapons confiscated.

Premeditated killing of another person with malice and forethought. All weapons confiscated.

Unpremeditated killing committed during violent or criminal acts. All weapons confiscated.

Attempting, planning, or committing the act of consuming human remains, whether deceased or alive. All weapons confiscated.

Openly betraying and defying the government or attempting to overturn it through acts of speech or violence. All weapons confiscated.

Commission of 8 or more serious crimes within a 24-hour period. All weapons confiscated.

Commission of 5 or more serious crimes within 24 hours, or attempted murder of 7+ people. All weapons confiscated.

Abuse of a government position for personal gain or benefit. All weapons confiscated.

Participation in an organized criminal enterprise. Requires Marshal or higher approval. All weapons confiscated.

Any series of crimes or singular crime so violent or severe that it requires trial, including mass murder or extreme torture. All weapons confiscated.

Possession of 75 or more contraband items in one arrest OR 100+ items within a 24-hour period. Requires Marshal or higher approval. All weapons confiscated.

Violating the county charter or its amendments. All weapons confiscated.
